Nomination forms
The Department of Education School Sport Unit and NSW Combined High Schools Association now accepts nominations for roles through the online system known as DASH.
Teachers can register for a role and then be granted approval through their school principal.
Please note: casual and retired teachers not appointed to a school will be reviewed by the NSWCHSSA office.
Once a teacher role has been approved, they can ‘apply for a position’ on the dashboard to apply online.

Coach and manager applications close on the first Friday of Week 1, Term 4 each year.
Executive and sport convener applications close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year.
Assistant sport convener applications close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year.

NSWCHSSA State Sport Conveners may nominate students to receive a Sport Blue Award. Nominations close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year. |
