Students participate at an international standard synthetic track and enjoy coaching from qualified athletics coaches and officials. Students who show an interest or ability in athletics are encouraged to consider becoming involved in competitive athletics. The days are well supported by officials and coaches from Athletics NSW.

Semester 2, 2020 flyers will be available soon.

The days are held throughout the state and during the day students are allocated to groups and experience playing different sports. Usually students participate in four or five sports for periods of up to 40 minutes. The days are well supported by state and national sporting associations, and it is hoped that following the day students will be encouraged to participate further in sport.
