Hopefully Term 2 has been kind to you regarding the provision of sport and physical activity options to our students. The June eNewsletter provides a wealth of information across all School Sport Unit programs. Could I highlight especially the - Get Running and School Fundraising Opportunities article - this initiative will provide state wide opportunities for teachers, students and the entire school community to not only participate in more physical activity but also fund raise while doing it. The Premier's Sporting Challenge is still open for registrations and school grants available. The School Sport website continues to be a valuable resource for schools, teachers and students and I encourage everyone to provide feedback and eNewsletter stories by emailing schoolsportunit@det.nsw.edu.au .
