Term 2 is always a challenging time for most sports organisers with school cross country carnivals and often athletics carnivals happening. Hopefully the weather will and has been kind to everyone and where possible all sporting events and contests have occurred.

Martin Smith, Ballina Coast HS
Aside from being a school sports organiser, Martin has been a zone secretary, convener, and a significant contributor at association and state management levels. His dedication within all ranges of the school sporting domain has been extensive, and he continues to feature prominently in the facilitation of school sporting activities.

We’re excited to be trialling the livestream of some of our events this year. After the success of the livestreamed NSWCHSSA and NSWPSSA Swimming, and NSWCHSSA Boys Basketball (a combined 20,000 views) we've got two more events being streamed on Thursday 23 May with another 12 events planned throughout the year.
